Placing orders

Orders can be placed on the website, by email or by telephoning one of our friendly Small Face World sales representatives.

Place of delivery

We recommend that your delivery address should be the recipient’s home address and NOT the maternity unit because the duration of a typical hospital stay can vary considerably.

UK Express Delivery is available for most UK deliveries, at a cost of £5.95.

Orders placed before 3.00pm Mon-Fri will be delivered within 1-2 working days (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

UK Standard Delivery which takes 2-4 working days is charged at £2.99 (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

UK standard shipping may also be free from time to time, this will be indicated at checkout and generally on the Home Page.

All deliveries are sent by a Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Service.

If you need delivery on a specific day please call us. In remote areas of the UK delivery times may vary and next day service may not be possible. If you need confirmation of delivery times or have any other concerns please call us. Small Face World reserves the right to use alternative delivery service providers and couriers that meet our delivery guarantees.If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your order please contact us in writing at smallfaceworld.co.uk or telephone our customer service team. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event of extreme weather conditions delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
